Libra suspension/wishbone knock?
Got the Libra MOTd today but there's a bit of an unnerving knock coming from the passenger side rear when the car goes over any bumps. Everything is tight, no play and MOT went fine, shocks are new and I don't think there's any binding of the ARB drop links, will check that tomorrow.
Anything else I should check? Bit stumped as everything is new.

Re: Libra suspension/wishbone knock?
Is it the springs coming off the lower cups, this tends to happens if the springs have to much play at full extension. Could be an engine mount Other than that it has to be a bush

Re: Libra suspension/wishbone knock?
I would try swopping shock absorbers side to side to see if noise moves to other side there have been problems with this in past because shocks are new it doesn't mean they can't be faulty and if it is not the problem it only cost you a bit of time and you can leave them where they are good luck with finding fault

Re: Libra suspension/wishbone knock?
Have you got the original suspension? ie:- ball joints, try using two thick washers as the nut sometimes reaches the end of the thread when you tighten the ball joint up.
Bob.

Turns out I had too much toe in on that side, I think on loss and regain of traction it was trying to flex everything and I was hearing the wishbones spring back. Feels fine now and no dodgy noises.
