Guys, some help required please:

I've bought an Electronic ignition system off fleabay (It was cheap) as photo.
I know nothing about it, and I can't find anything by googling.
It does have the same rotor arm that i'm already using.
I've never played with anything like this, including lumenition etc so any pointers would be appreciated - especially on the wiring side, and an explanation of what's going on with these ballast resistor thingies.
