The BS 2782 testing involves multiple small tensile and flexure coupons cut from the sample. Don't have the exact sizes (they are on my work computer) but typically about 20mm x 150mm.

Seats re-covered in leather

Will now be able to check size of seats and finish the centre console

Ref. weight
Except for the engine and box I do not think I will have added any weight.
I do get very anal about weight
I could have saved quite a bit by buying different seats. The Sabelt originals however are rake adjustable and very comfortable so recovered them.

Like the seats - look really good. Those GTM logo's make all the difference. Its little touches like them that makes all the difference. :D
