Tyre Problem
My team dynamics wheels had 215/40/16 on the the back... proxes
Ive bought exactly the same new tyres.
Wont go on, the bead wont fully pop on when theyre pumped up. Ive had 110 psi in them and no joy. And as a result of all this mucking about one of the newly powdercoated rims is a bit damaged now. Beginning to get very stressed out with this build.

Re: Tyre Problem
They should go on. Toyo say rim width 7.0 - 8.5.
As they are newly powder coated is the tyre sticking a bit? Can you put some extra tyre fitting soapy stuff on to get them to slip on?
You could try inflating them with a ratchet strap tight around the tyre to force the tyre wall out?
