Skinny 13 inch steel and A series external oil pipe
Need a skinny (4, 4.5 or 5 inch X 13, 4 inch PCD) If I am going to fit a mini injection tank, it's wider (deeper in the GTM front to back) and I need a 'space saver' spare.
Also require the oil pipe - one by the distributor from flywheel end of block to oil filter - I'm removing the front mounted oil cooler (not required with my current standard 1275) and if I upgrade to a different injection engine I'll fit a modine or laminova.
I may then have for sale a full kit for fitting an oil cooler to a Rossa II.
Could collect at Stoneleigh on the Sunday?
Regards,
Allen

I might have just what you need.
It is a 3.5J x 13" steel rim with a 4" PCD and an inset of 1.25" (32mm).
I think it is from an Austin A35.
I bought it from someone in the club (was it West? I can't remember now) for exactly the same reason but I never got round to fitting it.
You can have it for £10 and I'll bring it to Stoneleigh or Detling if you like.

I've got a very early metro steel with a brand new 135 remould on it that you can have gratis if you are ever passing Stoke? Not sure if it's 12" or 13", but it fitted a Metro at some time, and cleared the 4-pots. Quite a deep inset tho'.

I'll have a look after work tomorrow and so long as it's in ok condition, I'll post a pic... yours if it's the correct item as I was going to scrap the engine anyway!

Thanks for the replies - what a wonderfull club.
Thanks GTM Driver, and Panterra. I must check the offset but think the 3.5J sounds good - I'll get back to you and collect at stoneleigh if OK.
Oil pipe, thanks epuoC MTG , I await the pic, I can send some cash to cover postage, unless you're coming to Stoneleigh.

Allen Bad news I'm afraid... having finally had chance to get to the pipe after work, it's in very poor shape, very badly corroded at the filter end and seized to the flange/nut... I tried soaking it in releasing fluid but was no better after a day... even with heat, the pipe starts to twist and would collapse with little effort I'd guess. I should have expected as much, as it's from the Sheffield Coupe and had been standing outside with no cover for 12-18years... Sorry Allen...

Re: Skinny 13 inch steel and A series external oil pipe
Why not get a hose made up? Most hydraulic suppliers can make pipes with whatever length and fittings you fancy. Should be cheap enough.

Re: Skinny 13 inch steel and A series external oil pipe
If you're getting one made up you might be interested to know that they are available from Mini Spares - for approx £45 Thought it might be handy to know that so you'll know whether or not somebody is offering you a bargain/reasonable price. Also available from Mini Spares are a pair of adaptors for use when replacing the pipe with an oil cooler and they cost a more reasonable £10.99 (Part No MOC3). Then you would just need a short piece of push on oil cooler hose and a couple of Jubilee clips.
