 Major Rebuild
OK Guys
After my little incident at Curborough I have two options open to me. Either I sell the car as is for somebody else to rebuild as I simply don't have the time or it's time for a major rebuild........if I go down this route then it won't be going back together in exactly the same way!
So I'm open to offers for the car as is............or............
All the running gear and engine/transmission is up for grabs so shout up if you need parts else they will be going on ebay. What we have available is as follows (when I say new I mean fitted for 6 to 12 months only):
Front End
Pair of new front brake callipers Pair of front disc (never fitted) Front pads (never fitted) Steering rack with new ball joints Front uprights with discs Goodridge braided hoses New Mini Spares adjustable lower arm set with HD tie bars (MSSK3008) Fuel Tank (GTM) New Brake Master Cylinder New Clutch Cylinder Spax Adjustable Dampers Hi-Lo's
Rear End
Subframe Minifin Drum setup with new wheel cylinders and brake shoes Goodridge braided hoses New Mini Spares adjustable lower arm set with HD tie bars (MSSK3008) Spax Adjustable Dampers Hi-Lo's
Engine
1275GT with 1.5 roller rockers, Hif44, Minispares rocker cover, new distributor, new alternator, fresh big valve head with new stem seals, double valve springs. Bores are good as I only just fitted the head!
Loose items that were to be fitted:
4.1 Final Drive Kent 296 Cam Dellorto DHLA 40 with correct jets etc 5.5 inch manifold (gas flowed) Big Valve Head - removed for refurb but well gas flowed
Interior
Corbeau Forza Sport Seats (pair, grey black) with custom no adjustable sub frames Pair of three point harnesses (red) Roll Hoop Inertia Belts and receivers (red) Misc
4 x 13 inch Alleycat alloys with new tyres - both in very good condition

 Re: Major Rebuild
The throttle stuck open in second gear - it wasn't a fast impact but the front leg of the sub frame on the passenger side dug into an earth bank and I discovered how much strength the tub has in offset impacts...............not a lot!
