 Cumbrian coupe Hello, my name is Ben and i am just over 15 years old, my dad is an existing forum member (lakeland997) A few years ago we bought an unbuilt GTM coupe kit with a plan to build it from scratch and put it through the IVA test, but we have since decided to buy a registered coupe and work from there. So this tired 1988 coupe with no engine was found fairly locally and i am going to rebuild it, hopefully before i pass my driving test! Attachment:

Set up ready for strip down beside the new tub, and before anyone asks the wheels are not staying, we have a nice set of Alleycats instead. Attachment:

Are those wheels chromed Wellers? Yes they are, although I don't think they are very suited to an a small 80s coupe! They are in excellent condition if you know anyone who might want them

Re: Cumbrian coupe A couple of things slightly different to what I have seen before, the lower pods in the front, for indicators? and he rear bumper looks like a different take to what is normally seen.

IF wile e coyote had a GTM he would have one with Nitrous too! watch out road runner! The First GTM into the 11s then the 10s, PB 10.87 @ 125.5 Mph on A048 tyres, and fully road legal at Santa Pod

The front has also been disassembled and the next job is to finish the gearbox (close ratio 1275gt) and start to prepare the other tub. Attachment:

Neil Yes Neil the previous owner had added an extension on the passenger side to make it fit
