Post Can anyone spot the problem!!!!!
So, i've had a bit of a problem with the running of my 1.8 vvc since i've had the Libra. When i hit about 6000rpm it momentarily cuts out for a fraction of a second, giving something of a jolt to the occupants.

I suspect the map on the Emerald ECU that is fitted but i never got a cable with it to connect to a laptop. So after a bit of research on t'interweb, i find out that Emerald is just down the road from me at Watton. I quick visit over there & i have a cable. I install the software & connect it up. And here's the (ignition) map.........

Can anyone spot where the problem could be?!?!?!?!?

Yep, 3 settings were negative instead of positive. She's running a lot better now after a few tweaks.
Must say this Emerald ECU is a cracking bit of kit, its possible to adjust (or possibly mess up!!) just about everything.
I'm contemplating having it set up properly by Dave Walker at Emerald. He gets a lot of good reviews on other car forums & Emerald's only about 20 miles from me. Just need to find the £390 it costs for a basic dyno set-up....
