That would explain why you have a cable clutch. Some cars started off with a 1.4 engine, upgraded to the VVC but kept the R65 [1400] box.You have the PG1 box with a LSD. Talking of Rover 200's, if you have the rear callipers off the 200, you might want to upgrade to MGF/Rover 800 rear callipers. the 200's struggle to pass the MOT. Bob S. |
