Well,
I picked up a MK2 Rossa last night, it will sit on the back burner while the Coupe is being sorted

like the idea of the fastback

have been thinking of designing side ducting either side of the roof to feed an intercooler
after spending time sorting a water cooler and then finding it really adds a lot of weight to the car i could do without

thought if i made the air ducts part of the boot lid and fixed the intercooler on a frame above the engine in a sealed box that seals to the lid once shut and made the ducts slide past the side of the roof would mean you could still open the boot as normal as long as the doors are not opened think the ducts may foul them when the boots open

any one want to try paint shopping that feel free

This Rossa fastback is a GREAT idea!!! Do it, keep the moulds and there will be followers I am sure.

Just a few more doodles, a tidy up of the first version

this is the Rossa I bought a few weeks ago with a few ideas added
For all the Landrover fans out there, the one on the right is a six wheeler and the duct you can see in the last photo is the back end of a Royal Marines Griffon 2000TD hovercraft

Not a fan of the window on the yellow version myself.

But good to see something different being thought about.

Got to admit I prefer the orange one. Not sure if it's just the window on the yellow one I'm not a fan of or the fact that the yellow one doesn't seem to meet the rear deck as far back - just doesn't look as "right" as the orange one. I showed the original picsto a mate who has a Rossa and he thinks it looks great too - he might just steal the idea and beat you to it.

Hi,
I have just bought a "project" K3 and had been mucking around with a picture I filtched from ebay. It is along the same lines as yours but wanted something with air intakes in. Also wanted to keep it looking "light".

Had to work with a side view as I don't have the skill or tools to work on an oblique.

I was thinking of something that fixes to the rear clam and then rests or clamps to the hard-top.

Have a few other dreams which may never come to anything...
