Hi Dodo-z,
You say you have made the door hoops in C/F, this is something I want to do too. Do you have photos of the moulds?
Also what glue did you use for the Nomex in the sills?

No, I havn't made any pictures. The (positive) mould was basically a board with the right thickness for the rubber seal.

The nomex were "glued" in using a thin layer of epoxy impregnated glassfibre cloth. To my experience this works way better compared to using just some kind of glue.

Unfortunately there was very little time I could spend working on the GTM, maybe I could make some progress with the chassis over the next weeks.
