Hello everybody, i just joined, so a friendly hello to everybody
im 21, live in west cumbria, and my family are huge on minis.

Im just here looking at everybody's projects, and to be honest i think ive got very easy xD
I bought my GTM Rossa K3 off ebay about a month or two ago.
It was 80 - 90% finished, i almost feel bad because i really didnt pay much for the car.
It hasnt gone through an SVA check. but the car is really clean and all the parts are there.
Ive spent my time mainly fitting out the interior.
needs:
petrol tank,
fuel pump,
engine check and brakes etc gone through

door cards fitted and cut out for electric window switches etc,
door mirrors fitted
dashboard uphoulstered and finished
carpets glued down
petrol tank cover upholstered
roof lining
roof handles fitted
roof seals
roof seals
window glass(es) in

and this would probably get my GTM sorted for an SVA check

any tips and hints would be awsome, especially for roof lining/sealing and making the door cards switch friendly would be very much appreciated

Hi Check that your door glasses are E marked - kite marks are not acceptable now, I'm afraid Good luck with the project

Plus all the other changes from the old SVA to the new IVA that the car will need to go through

does anybody know where i can get a full copy of the IVA inspection list?
i only have an SVA check manual from 2001 :/

You might find this interesting post8845.html?hilit=dvla#p8845 The manual on the DVLA site takes a bit of finding but if you can't I'll see if I can list the steps for you.
