I was going to private message Howard about the excellent tool over protection article in the current newsletter but it occurred to me that other K3 owners may ask the same questions. Which are;

Howard:
- Are you able to disclose the approx cost of the work done and do you know if Nick at Willow is willing to do the same work for other K3 owners?
- Have you noticed a reduction in 'twist and rattle' as I call it since the roll bar was fitted?

The roll bar for the K3 was under £600 inc vat & fitting. Nick also included some other small jobs. I'm sure if you speak to Nick you can ask him if he is prepared to make another roll bar. Nick is very skilled and was able to design the bar to suit my requirements within the space limitations of the car.

There is no sign of any twisting of the body when driving. It better than when going from soft top to hard top. I jacked the rear of the car up this weekend with a large trolly jack and only needed to jack 1 side up under the subframe to put axle stands under both sides of the sub frame. The drivers door shuts better and does not touch the sill under the back edge of the door.

How can i view the news letter? I'd be interested in seeing pics of the cage if possible, my K3 originally had one fitted but for some reason a previous owner has removed it.
