Does anyone have any idea what these cars are worth. Mine is very near the top end on spec but am trying to be realistic on a valuation
Due to my work situation and busy life style i'm not having any time to go out in my Libra and looking at old MOT's i've only done 2600 miles in 8years.
I may consider letting her go to new home but could just as well let her sit in my warm garage for a few more years yet

I suppose the answer is what someone will pay. The last few Libras for sale seem to have been around £5-6000 for what seems to be average condition examples, but this is a couple of years ago now.

Looking at the price of an early Elise, I'd want £8500 (that's about 50-60%) for a really nice, well-sorted K series Libra. Honda or V6 engines, mods & tuning etc., got to be a few thousand more.

If I was going to sell my V6 (which I'm not), I'd use Car & Classic, probably one of their auctions. They seem to get pretty good prices for unusual cars.

I'd have thought yours should be 10k+, Not many supercharged Honda engined ones with Z cars rears around so something a bit special but I guess it would take an expert to know what it is.

I think your right its depending how bad someone wants it.
its one of those cars that once someone has a drive, it'll pop there brain regards the performance and handling etc and will throw money at me to have it

Libras are a bargain. Looking at receipts, my V6 cost about £30k so far and is a better car than an Elise in almost every measurable way. If I was forced to sell it I'd be wanting £12k+. There's nothing at all you could buy that is a coupe and has the same performance for anywhere near that money. There's probably nothing at 3x that price which will have the same performance as yours!

Colin your car is a great spec and no doubt you have spent a great deal on it I would advertise it at a price you are happy with it may take a while to find a buyer but someone will buy it as it is unique you can always come down but not go up would try it at 15-20K you have nothing to lose. Conversion costs for a K20 supercharged elise must be 20K plus the car now

That's a very, very nice car. My V6 has 180hp and feels proper fast - I can only imagine what double that feels like!

It doesn’t feel like you’re revving the engine when you push on.
It’s more like you’ve been catapulted forward , which is the best way of experiencing its full performance. Can never get bored of it
