SDCC Curborough Sprint - 18th September
I'm registered to run in the last competitive SDCC sprint of the season if anybody is interested in coming along.
Modifications for next season currently in process:

And after this event probably a new clutch!

Re: SDCC Curborough Sprint - 18th September
I am running in this meeting too, although in a different class no doubt - see you there. Be nice to have 2 GTMs. I am also thinking about next year, whether to try to modify my D16 or to swap it for a B16 - with all that entails.
Regards
david

Hi David
You haven't been around for a while - glad I'll have some company!
So what we need now is some club support........

Re: SDCC Curborough Sprint - 18th September
I visit the website at least once per day, but maybe there is not a lot I can contribute.
I need all the help I can get, out at Curborough a couple of weeks or so ago I came last in my class because of the weather and I spun out, I should have won, really stupid of me.
David

Re: SDCC Curborough Sprint - 18th September
Hi Bob
I don't mean that in so much as there is a lack of support - far from it, I've just signed up for full membership as this is by far the better club these days IMO - just encouraging people to take their pride and joys out for a drive and come and witness some poor driving and a bacon roll!
TC - What space are you after?

Re: SDCC Curborough Sprint - 18th September
i'm in the middle of having little chats with the local council. Concerning putting up a 20ft x 30ft garage at the moment. Its just that its slow and finances are tight, or should I say I havn't got all the cash I need yet.

Hi David I would certainly be up to coming along to support/spectate if your buying the bacon rolls Seriously though, I would need a bit more notice. Next year let Roger [newsletter editor] know and put it on the events list and we'll drum up some support for you both. Had I known eariler we could have linked it up with the Stafford Kit Car Show which is this weekend,[to which I'm not attending] going to the show on the Saturday and Curborough Sunday. Hope you have a good weekend. Bob.

Thanks Mr Mac, I do need a place to work on the Cox and the Coupe desparately but Leicester is not quite local enough, for what I'm thinking up next Thanks anyway I'm waiting on the council to respond, and my bonus to come in and I can start on the workshop
