| Post subject: | Queens Square Bristol 2nd Sunday Meet |
For those of us in the SW that don't seem to be served by regional meets, or indeed anyone else that fancies a meet, there is an informal gathering of petrol heads at Queens Square in Bristol on the 2nd Sunday of every month. http://www.avenuedriversclub.co.uk/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/theavenuedriversclub/ The flickr site linked here gives an idea of the kind of vehicles that turn up - see if you can spot my spyder (often in amongst various 7's and other kits from the BKCC)! People turn up from about 8.00 and leave by about 11.00. There are various cafes around the square with breakfasts etc to eat in or take away and eat/drink whilst looking at what else turned up and chatting to the friendly owners. I'll be there tomorrow (yes, I know its valentines - I've earned enough brownie points!) from about 8.45. The BKCC usually congregate on the side parallel to the Grove. |
