What a shame. Thought I'd lucked-in having got my Rossa on the road in the milestone anniversary year and the chance of driving my rare car around Silverstone with other GTMs. Please let me know if there is any way of wangling my way in on the parade, even if there's no room left on the infield. As it's been four days and I have had no response to the previous post regarding Silverstone Classic tickets/infield pass, I'll will offer the available tickets to other GTMOC 'paid up' members. We have 2 x 3 day tickets [2 for the price of one] and an infield pass for your GTM available. If necessary I can split the tickets if you only want one of them or separate them into a 2 day or even three separate day tickets. I would prefer they went as a 3 day package. You don't need to bring your GTM unless you want the infield pass as well. Please contact me if you are interested. Just over two weeks to go. Bob. |

The club area is in zone 13 [because we have a parade lap] so you need to enter Silverstone via gate 3. Luckily, it's probably the easiest zone to get to. For those that haven't been before, when you come off the A43 on to Dadford Road try to keep to the nearside lane. When you enter at gate 3 you need to get to the right and after entering the circuit will be directed to turn right with zone 13 just along on the left. The club area is about in the middle of the zone. Hopefully the gazebo and banners will be erected to make it easier to find. You should be in place by 10am, remembering on Friday to bring your indemnity forms to exchange for wrist bands from me so that you can go on the parade lap. Let's have a good weekend. Bob. |
