The dates for Stoneleigh 2020 are confirmed as Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 May following the announcement that next year's Bank Holiday is moving for VE Day. Make a note!
Just heard the news...……… must change the hotel booking!
Apparently the exhibitor halls will be set up on the Friday and camping is available from the Friday with the show being Sat & Sunday

I'll miss it then. SWMBO has booked a holiday 2nd to 9th May 2020, I was hoping they'd shift it to the following weekend to still catch the bank holiday so I could have popped up on 10th.

The National Kit Car Motor Show, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, CV8 2LZ 2nd/3rd May 2020.

Stoneleigh, the biggest kit car show on the calendar, is the one NOT to miss.

As usual, we will have a large Marquee. The club AGM will be at 1pm on the Saturday and hopefully we’ll have a barbecue late afternoon/evening. Some food (i.e. burgers and sausages etc) will be provided by the club for members and guests. If you want more than tea or coffee you will need bring your own drinks. You're welcome to bring your own food to be cooked on the barbecue, if you have any special requirements.

Whilst non-club members, with a GTM, are welcome to park on the club area and join in, the AGM is open to paid up members only. I will also be bringing the Regalia for you to buy!

If any one is interested there is a room spare at the Lodge Hotel at Stoneleigh for the Friday & Saturday nights as I have had to cancel this morning... will still be there for the AGM!

I’ve not had any official confirmation from Grosvenor shows yet but it’ll hardly be surprising if it’s cancelled or postponed. As for the AGM and committee members, we’ll have the AGM either at Newark in July or at a new date for Stoneleigh. Obviously the current committee will continue with their duties until, at least, the AGM is able to go ahead.

CORONA VIRUS UPDATE

Following the recent advice from the government regarding the Corona virus, we are in discussions with NAEC, Stoneleigh about the National Kit Car Motor Show. Any updates will be posted on our website and Facebook page.

As you will understand, the situation changes daily and we are working to do what is best for exhibitors and visitors alike.

I am sorry, that due to the large number of enquiries we are receiving at this time, we are unable to respond individually to every enquiry, but will endeavour to provide you with up-to-date information, but this may be in a generic form.

Just heard from Stoneleigh Lodge that the show has been postponed until 27/28 June 2020. However, as the situation is changing daily, it may be necessary to postpone further still but I will let you know as soon as I hear anything else.

Isn't that a bit close to Newark or do we assume Newark has been cancelled?
