Where do you wire in a switch for the fans to cut in when it gets hot? There seems to be nothing in the raditor and I don't what it tobe a manual switch so i have to keep and eye on water temp the whole time. Thanks

As there's no boss on the rad you could try something like this;

I used one on my K3 and it did the job - plus it's adjustable

Hi
With a bit of installation work you could adopt a Peugeot 406 Thermo switch from GSF
These operate at 90-100 degree C and are normally position in the thermostat housing or near the top hose connector in the radiator.
With a relay addition they are capable of support high current cooling fans.

They are low cost about £12.00
