Spyder Hood
Is there a supplier who has made hoods and has a pattern for the Spyder or is it a case of shopping around? The hood on mine is fine bit it would be nice to have a slightly heavier ‘mohair’ type If it wasn’t too expensive. Thanks.

Re: Spyder Hood
Just bumping this up, are all the Spyders on their original hoods or has anyone had a replacement? I’d love to know if any trimmer has a pattern or who made the factory hoods.

Re: Spyder Hood
Still original. Still in excellent condition so haven't even thought about it.

Re: Spyder Hood
Im not sure where in the country you are but I can recommend two names who would be prepared to make you a new hood using your original as a pattern. For the midlands I can recommend "Auto Body Care" at Ilkeston, Derby. This guy made me a new hood for my Bertini which I am very pleased with. Further south at Alveston, Bristol. there is "Bestoke Vehicle Interiors". I saw his handywork on a new hood for a Royal Sabre, which was excellent. I hope this is useful to you,
