Could well be the cheapest Libra ever (but it wouldn’t be by the time you had finished!).

Re: Libra project on eBay I think that one has been sold now - fair bit of discussion on the FB group. It was definitely a project. The rear bulkhead and engine frame had been altered to fit a bike engine that had since been removed but the bulkhead needed reinstating and the engine mounts etc re-fabricating. No fuel tank either.
