It looks as if I'm going to have to try and repair my soft top myself because I can't find anybody within reasonable distance who could do it professionally. The main thing to do is to stick the front of the canvas back down on to the front rail and I want to make a secure and long lasting weatherproof repair (obviously!) so I'm wondering what would be the best adhesive to use? Is there anything specifically recommended and what are other's experiences with this job? Thanks.

Re: Soft top repair - best sticky stuff?
Normally contact adhesives are chosen for this type of repair but make sure it's a high temperature variety or it will soften and allow the material to creep if the car is parked in the sun.
