pedals
I have fitted the brake and clutch pedal box and connected the cylinders with the clevis pins but when I pass the throttle pedal through and try to fix it to the tub I have noticed that the brackets are almost 1/4 inch away from the tub, do they need any kind of spacer making or should they just fit. They are the padals that came with the car but were only loosely in place when I removed them. The holes in the pedal box have not been altered and the build manual is quite vague.

Re: pedals
Mine are spaced out with a stack of washers, the Midas was the same and when I finally get under the dash on the K3 I'll do the same as I did with the Midas and turn up some spacers to take their place.

Re: pedals
Cheers Rich, after looking at it again after posting this morning I decided to make a spacer for each side from some metal bar I had and then I had to drill the hole for the back bolt on the cable side because the person that first built it had missed it out and it flexed too much and made the pedal stiff but with the second bolt in it is very free.

Re: pedals
I removed a couple of woodscrews that had been used to 'secure' the pedal box in the Midas....
