how is everyone?
i hope good?
in 2017 i was diagnosed with the big "C"
but they cut it out and im fine. thank you tummy consultant Mrs craig of trafford hospital.
seriously im fine. little nelly has been neglected but everything is unseized she runs and drives.
MOT required. im on it. gonna tcut her properly soon.

obviously will put some non-conventional stuff here for you to read.
lets start with this.
have given up with water heating of the carb. removed alll the special pipes - they are gone.
have fitted a metro EXHAUST heated manifold and relevant downpipes
and renault exhaust box. if the car runs worse with exhaust heating - i will say so.
do not know yet. but after ten years of trying to put more heat in the carb with water - ive given up.
the only time it ever ran well was on heatwave days like today.

ps ive done so many things regarding fuelling and heat - i cant remeber what i put here on the forum
pps and project "very wide spaced 4 speeds" - is still alive and well. gearbox done. not fitted yet
ppps you do not want close ratios on a gtm rossa - complete waste of time

Excellent news
Looking forward to hearing about getting Nelly back up and running. I've got some more pics from back in the day, they aren't the best quality (I was never any good with a camera!!) but I can't upload them here (there too big).

You could try to upload them to https://imgbb.com/ then copy/paste the links here, if you use BBlinked Medium Code links they seem the best

If the photos are just too big, open them in paint (comes with windows) and click the "resize" option, put in something like 25% and then they should be just right to upload directly into this site.

If you open the image in whatever viewing software you use you should be able to right click the photo and then "open with" and choose "paint" then click resize, put 25 in the percentage box, making sure that preserve aspect ratio is ticked. Then save it as a jpeg with a different name so you don't overwrite the original.
