Hi, Does anyone know the wearabouts of my first car a white(magnolia) Rossa MK2 with red allycat minilight style wheels? Registration is DFN 623K. Was sold to a man in Wales back in around 2003/4 Also my K3 reg number H598 FNV, sold around 2004/5 with guess what, a blown head gasket, should have kept the mk2!!! Any news would be great, Thanks Guy |

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Just managed to register on this site - saw your request. I am the new owner of DFN 623K. Its currently found its way to Bedford. Bought from a Lady in the West country a couple of years ago. Its now Purple! Seems to have been rebult and sprayed by the previous owner. It also sports a rear spoiler, and a 1275 engine. I have the original build info, including you photos- a nice build. Unfortunately, not long after I got it, a front hub balljoint failed! stranding me somewhat. So I've rebuild the front end with all new hubs an suspension bits. The Speedo cable has gone again and in the process of fitting a new one, I've decided to rewire under the dashborad - its got messy in there. So its SORN at the moment, needs finishing and an MOT. Handles like an absolute dream though, really superb. Overheats (don't they all). I can send you some piccies if interested. Paul |

Hi sorry for the late reply it's been a long time since the original post and I have been busy setting up a business! Thank you very much for the information. Nice to know it's still in one piece. @DRUTT, I've finally decided to sell my Rossa. I was contacted by user: DRUTT who I belive built the car. He asked for 1st efusal, but I can't find any contact details. Can anybody help? |
