| Post subject: | Wheel Nuts |
The first task on my newly acquired MkI is to get some proper Wheel Nuts. The car is fitted with Pepper Pot alloys (See photo). They have been refurbished but are held on with a variety of rusty wheel nuts. Can anyone advise on the correct nuts for these wheels? Are they ment to have collars and/or sleeves or are they plain nuts which a champhered end? Can any one recommend a good supplier I can talk to? Thanks

Hi. I have the same wheels and got replacement chrome wheel nuts from ebay. They are just plain tapered 3/8 nuts with no collars or sleeves and are a bit longer than the standard ones with closed ends. They are meant for a Mini but I can't say who the actual trader was. Anyway, if you search ebay for 'mini chrome wheel nut' there's a set there just now for £14.95 + £3.90 p&p (item No 380062156376)
