Have been repainting my rear suspension on my Libra after winter decided to strip it all off this year not stripped it down since I purchased it back in 2008 my poor arms are bruised and sore from unbolting the suspension brackets painting them with corroless paint products as used on oil rigs do not want to be doing it again for a good few years. Think the fronts will have to wait for a few weeks and build up to been head first down the foot well.

It’s a bloody horrible job Matty isn’t it. I did the rear (installed z cars) back in the summer and I’ve just done the fronts which were a complete nightmare...

Rear all done think I am going to remove front wishbones and hubs but leave brackets on car and paint on the car.

Thats what I did, nearly three years ago now. The brackets didn't look too bad anyway so they just had a coat whilst still fixed.

If I had taken the brackets off I suspect I would have messed around with the shims to put in some camber on the fronts though as they are pretty much vertical.
