Hi all, my late father started building a K3 Rossa as a retirement project, but didn't get much further than assembling the subframes to the body, clamshells and installing the engine. When he passed away in 2017 we donated the kit car to Loughborough University car club to complete. At first they were enthusiastic, though COVID happened, students have moved on, parts became scarce and the new students have lost interest. My Mum and I would really like to see the car completed, or at least the GTM parts used to bring life back into another car that may have suffered accident damage.
Most of the parts are available, though the doors seem to have been lost and the engine may need a lot of work as it looks like it has been left ourside with the rocker cover off. The rear brakes are off a MGF which offer an improved handbrake setup over the originals.
If you need anything, please post what you want on this thread and I'll contact the uni for you to arrange collection. Pay what you want can afford for parts; the proceeds can be used by the car club to fund future projects.
