GTM Libra Rear lower suspension arms and rear toe in/out adjusters.
Lower arms are latest type i.e. strengthened push fit ball joint type.
Mine are damaged possibly beyond repair. Difficulty even if repaired will be getting dimensions correct as they are so distorted and in places fractured.
A replacement front clam and/or chin trim would be nice, but that I know is just a dream request :(

Someone might have some drawings of the arms so you could get them remade.

I started to get the Mk1 arms and mounts redrawn by our CAD person at work, but as was a "home order" and I didn't need the drawings right away I didn't press it.

There is a guy on the FB group (Dean Thomas) who has recreated a version of the Z-Cars rear suspension, I believe he was going to see if there was a market for them, or maybe he has the original stuff he took off the car for sale - he might have already sold them by now.

There is also a guy on eBay who bought the fire damaged car who may have some parts. His company is VWBreakersUK and he's between Leverton and Wrangle near Boston. He doesn't advertise the front and rear clams or suspension parts but you never know.

Toe adjusters are Metro and 205 ball joints with a threaded turnbuckle between them from memory - could be mistaken though.

Phil.

The rear camber adjusters are an eccentric bolt. Ford parts from memory. Might be this one https://febest.com.au/2129-006-kit-febest-repair-kit-camber-adjusting-eccentric-bolt.html

Thanks guys, I'll try FB. I should be able to get the rear toe adaptor (hub end track rod to turnbuckle) machined just need to get male thread sizes checked, I think M12 fine RH for track rod end and 1/2" UNF LH into turnbuckle. The Z cars suspension is interesting in that it is relatively crude in that the camber does not change with bump/droop and there is no anti-squat. However I found the standard setup quiet disconcerting the rear appearing to steer on a straight yet undulating road, so maybe whilst not technically good perhaps the simpler suspension is more predictable. I'll try breakers at Leverton again, but I think they are pretty good at listing available parts and I can tell that the rear suspension is/was mk1 type.

There would be a few board members who have fitted the Z Cars conversion and might have the original parts available. Look up the Z Cars threads to see who they are and PM them.
