If you need a pair of rear lights I think that "the other Tim" has got a spare set.
I Couldn't find a picture of my rear lights, but have you got a rear like this, which takes the lights?
They were used on one of the Ginettas too.

nope mine dosent have apertures like that mine has big cut outs with some butchered brackets to mount them, you can see the back of the light unit, and all the wiring in the boot looks like i will have to change that! was looking to smooth the rear end off and use some of the ford focus side repeaters pointing directional in the correct colours for what i need. will get some pics tomorrow to show you how it has been butchered

I think that side repeaters aren't a high enough wattage as a rear (or front) indicator.
There are some nice rear lights that can be used as a complete unit on the rear of the Coupe.
If you can get a set of units which have got built in fog and reverse lights, then it makes the rear of the car look a lot neater.
I used Ebay when I was looking for the rear lights I wanted. Just put a search in for rear lights in the car section and trawl through all the variations, until you come across something that would suit the car.

Standard "Wipac Pentalights" rear lights
I've since fitted Aspöck systems Ecopoint as mine's were cracked, and the contacts starting to corrode.

that rear end looks sweet! i would have no problem with wattage of lighting, as i work in a garage, so m.o.t's arent a problem, its just the old bill that might have summit to say....

Re: Rear lights?
Ken555 - where did you get the lights from? On the old forum someone posted a link to a website that supplied various types of truck rear lights, and I can't for the life of me track it down! Any ideas?

Re: Rear lights?
It could well of been these: http://www.s-v-c.co.uk/lights_rear.htmlBut they don't seem to stock as much as before, I'm sure they had one similar to the coupe rear lights. Otherwise try nfauto (car builder solutions) or europa spares. I don't think you can buy the original design of lights for the Coupe. I managed to pick some up from Ebay!

Re: Rear lights?
It's always a problem when cars are designed around specific ancillaries.
I have a vague recollection of a Dutton model, perhaps the Mk II Sierra being designed to use the rear lights coming onto the market after De Lorean crashed. There's a future proof policy for you.

Re: Rear lights?
I know this is an old topic, but I found and fitted these From a Turkish manufacturer called Ayfar model ST 1005 http://www.ayfar.com/eng/urunler.php?id=45Try your local agri/truck store. Only slight problem I can see, is not very good reflectors, but I think/hope the MOT tester won't notice.

Re: Rear lights?
Has anyone got any other type of rear lights in their Coupe, mine is using the Triumph Dolimite rear lights and they are a little worse for wear and hard to come by in any better state. I was thinking of changing to 3 individual circular lights similar to that of the Locosts,Westfields setup. I'm not really that taken by the trailer/truck rear light but I'm up for sugestions.

Re: Rear lights?
Andy, I think Dino has Manta A rear lights, there's picture in his thread. Some BMW 2002 had round lights which look as if they may be useful, i found a Fiat coupe in my local scrappy and purloined the rear lights
