Post Caliper rebuild
My K3 came with a pair of Rover 400 rear calipers which I understand with a bit of work will give a better hand brake and rear brakes. The last set of calipers I rebuilt were Spitfire ones so not the sliding type. It there a Haynes type write up any where that explains how to dismantle the piston and hand brake mech?

Its the Mg Rover technical manual. It was available as a CD ROM for dealers and suchlike and since the demise of the previous MG Rover group a few people got hold of copies. I can't comment about such issues as licencing or copyright and I'm sure those that have copies have properly purchased them through proper legal channels. There may be some people that would let you have a glance at their copy. I'll send you a PM.

Haynes manual in your local library -- even if you're not a member photocopies are usually 10p a page.
