Apologies for posting on here with an urgent request. We are looking for people with either a Libra or Spyder that can meet on monday towards the new A6 in Manchester. We will pay fuel costs - full tank and also pay for your lunch somewhere if you bring the receipts - as well as feed you at the site for a few hours. We are looking at driving your car for about 20 mins for a filmed demo - we will insure the car while we are doing a demo. Any damage to the vehicles will be paid for

Some other items
A temporary sticker will be put on the side of the car (website promoting the project)
A logo will be put temporarily on the front of the car (Promoting the project)
We will be mounting some GoPros in the vehicle and on the vehicle to produce some film
You will be given a copy of everything
in total the event will last 4 hours approx

We appreciate this is last minute but would appreciate any help you are able to give us to make this happen. The filming maybe used on TV at a later date so it would be great PR for the GTM

I'll be working so can't be available myself but if you are struggling for offers and are able to collect my Spyder from just North of Bristol I'd be happy to lend it if you promise to be careful! (assumed trailered). Front and back wheels don't match right now as I wore out my rears on a recent track day and had to borrow some MGTF wheels to drive home!!

the north west piece doesn't look to be included on iplayer. It was a very short piece though with a red and a yellow Libra. I guess it'll be on the later 6.30 pm programme too.

Great exposure for the Libra, that should generate some interest in the marque.

Hopefully no one eagle eyed will spot that they're just petrol sports cars being driven around in close quarters to make them look automated. The big exhaust silencer behind the rear mesh kinda gives it away that it's not electric..

BBC one was better presented, the other made it sound like we were actually watching the electric cars driving about
