Hi ken, interesting I thought there would be more coupe's though surely they were the most produced? must all be lurking in garages being rebuilt

Interesting and surprising just 5 Spyders but checking the reg's of all the cars in the Spyder List on this forum I found there are actually 8 UK Spyders with a current MOT as three of them are registered differently, one Spider (with an i), one a GTM Unknown, one a Generic Spyder. Also there are some overseas ones that aren't picked up by this checking site, one in Ireland, one in Norway, one in Netherlands, one in Australia so could be another 4 on the road. Four expired their MOTs in 2019 and another three in 2018 so presumably not dead but dormant! There are also a few not on the Spyder List but as the number shown as still on the road are accounted for by the Spyder List then it seems the missing entries from the list aren't currently on the road. The other thing of slight interest is the one in the background of the photo of the one currently for sale on ebay (owned by Westfield), presumably also owned by Westfield as it is in their car park, MOT expired Aug 18. |
