Post Gaz Shocks damping control
Can anyone tell me which way the damper knob increases/decreases damping? Mine are either set to maximum or minimum damping, not sure which..
Thanks.

Seriously, for road use on GAZ I'd back it off all the way left and then go right 6 clicks on the front and 8-10 clicks on the rear, for track use I simply add 2 clicks both ends. Any more than that I find it too firm. Have a play and see what works for you.

Presuming westfield left the same shockers etc on the Spyder, I always set ride heights at 140mm front and 155mm at rear.
Running on 17'' rims with the 205/40 Toyo tyres the shockers were set on 9/10 clicks (about half) on rear and usually a couple less on the front.
Hope that helps
it gave me a comfy ride around the Borders

Forgot to mention I always found tyre pressure made a great difference and seem to remember 23 front 24 rear
It worked for me :D

Thanks for the info. The damping was all wound up to max, I’ve backed it off to midway and will start from there.
