The GTM is now in my garage so I have been able to take more things off it. The roof took quite a bit of persuading before it would part company with the body. Lots of rusty bolts as well as being bonded on. The doors have been off as I had to replace one of the hinge pins.

I have now got to the point were most bits have at some point been taken off the car and things are now beginning to go back on for good. Well that is until I find something is not correct and I have to take it back off again! The engine bay and subframe have been painted. I have modified the front of the subframe so hopefully I can get to the water cooled oil filter from underneath the car as getting to it from above looks impossible.

The next job will be putting the rear subframe, engine, cooling system etc back on the car.

Quite a while since I have posted.

Well after 4 years the car is now MOT'ed and on the road.

There are however still things to do, the biggest one being I did not appreciate just how hot the turbo would get, so yet again I am having to reshape the front of the rear boot to give more clearance.
