There's a tiny occasional oil drip from the end of the rear exhaust camshaft on my new V6 (see pic below for location). I've established that there's a cap missing so have ordered one (pic below). My question is that there is already a normal 'lip' type oil seal in the recess in the casting around the camshaft end and it doesn't look like there will be room to knock in the cap. I can't see any reference to the 'lip' type oil seal in any parts diagram. Has anyone come across this before? thanks.
