Just in case anyone here is interested, my other club is hosting a track day at Castle Combe on 7th April. It is usually fully booked by now but there are currently places left. It is open pit lane all day, only 35 places so very unusual to have a queue and 12 cars on track at any one time so plenty of space to play with very little traffic. Mostly kit cars with a few known people with tin tops so very friendly and well behaved. It is £160 for car and one driver, additional drivers are £20 and a passenger band is a £10 charity donation and gets you as many rides as you can blag all day. 100dB at 4500rpm static noise test. This is an ideal first track day as everyone is known and there are no idiots! Anyone nearby is welcome to pop along for a chat and spectate at no cost.
