Post Shape of my tub
Can someone please throw some light on the front end of my GTM. All of the pics that I have seen all show flat metal work just below the scuttle. On mine its cut out in a V shape where the alloy fuel tank goes?

Also can any one tell me how to post some pictures? Im new and dont no what im doing!!!

is/was the front of my GTM coupe.

However the earlier Cox, have the fuel tank as you suggest.

I do remember there being two types of front wheel arches also, I have the square ones, but some GTM (Maybe the 10" wheel) having a diagonal/angled arch.

Pictures need to be hosted elsewhere, I use http://tinypic.com then copy the 2nd code down, the [ img]..............[/ img] ones

Hells bells. Thats a big big job. Im impressed with the effort, you have done a fantastic job.

I would not of taken that on. I dont have the time or more importantaly the skill. I belive im very very lucky as the coupe I have got has never being built or even got wet.
Thanks for the thread because I now think mine is the same year because of body/chassis style. Keep up the good work. I take my hat off to you.

Yesss, it was rather an epic.
The 'sensible' approach would have been a new tub, but then I'm not sensible!
Seriously, I wanted a pre '75 car so it 's elligible for historic rallying.

I really must update that thread as the car is virtually finished now.
