Thanks Neil,

My ECU is a PM7 - not that it means anything to me. I will get on a rolling road in the next couple of weeks and pressure test each of the cylinders too.

You mention cams, I have searched the internet for cams for my engine without much luck, I have also emailed some suppliers without response yet. Are you able to point me in the right direction?

Just a quick note as on tea break I would jump at Daz81 offer over on CRX-UK this wil be the cheapest way to tune your current motor, and it will give you the grounds for further devlopement.

Or you could fit a B series :lol:
