The dizzy hasn't been taken apart - the drive gear has been replaced wrong. If you sort out the leads it will be fine for now provided that you can get the timing correct. Your dizzy will now be 90 degrees further round than it should so it might foul on something (eg starter motor) which could prevent it from moving as far as you want, if you see what I mean... Try it and see. Best of luck
