In simple terms its a fibre glass car so no two mesurements side to side are going to be the same. Even classic corvettes vary quite alot side to side. In front arches are not in quite the same place but you do not notice unless you go looking for it. windscreen gap that really depends on how it has been trimmed, I have seen some worse than others, and its always interesting to see how different people have treated the a pillar area, some a straight, some have more shape to their trim.

There are not any real hard and fast rules, just make it look right

Hi Flippspeed
Re Bonnet to windscreen distances.
The rear of the bonnet section has to fit on top of the steel tub sills, so not a lot you can do there. The fibreglass roof section which also forms the windscreen surround has a forward skirt area in front of the screen apperture which is eventually fixed to the steel tub bulkhead region. This section can be moved up and down to get the best fit before fixing permanently in place. This is the important bit and a point that the build manual fails to explain. Don't forget that this roof section also forms the doors surround and so it is very important that the front skirt area of this moulding is first adjusted until you are happy with the door fit within this surround before the front apron skirt is permanently fixed in position on the steel tub bulkhead region.
Hope this helps
