Can anyone identify my door handle.

Post Can anyone identify my door handle.
Hi.
My rossa MK2 door handle surround is broken and looks bad, can anyone tell me what the door handle is off? so I can get a new handle and surround.

my rossa uses metro ones but they are quite different to those ones.

dont know if the backs would be interchangeable or not.

marina /ital., allegro, even range rover ?

same shape size but think it may have plastic catch,

definitely would look at morris /Leyland/Austin from around the time, 70-80's or something from the same GB company,
