Pulled the cracked screen out of my early COX tonight, so if anyone is looking to make copies mine is available.

I'll have one Steve, with heated element, once you have had the 'COX' one copied. 1, Turbocox Thanks

Re: Heated windscreens - possible new batch
I'd be up for two, one heated and one not, or two heated if that makes things easier.

Re: Heated windscreens - possible new batch
As I mentioned before I would take (2) early Cox screens if they could be made.

Re: Heated windscreens - possible new batch
Can I get a heated screen without the blue tint. When I'm in the coupe the whole world seems blue to me !!.

Re: Heated windscreens - possible new batch
Whoa there folks.
Really appreciate the interest but let Andy and I sort out getting the screen to the supplier and then we can establish whether they can be made on the Mk11 mould. If not then I'll check out if a new mould is possible and the cost etc -- I've not actually asked the question but I don't think my supplier does heated screens -- they do tinted/sun strip types but I would plan non-tinted in the first instance.
Now -- any of you folks interested in stuff I actually have? -- body fibreglass, wiring looms, Mk 11 windscreens?

Re: Heated windscreens - possible new batch
I know I'm jumping on the band wagon a bit late here but are you still able to get these Dino? or does anyone have one that they might be willing to part with?
For a coupe, not a cox
Thanks, James

Re: Heated windscreens - possible new batch
I finally received my windscreen.. ordered it through NSG in the US and they own Pilikngton Glass, so it was made and came over on a regular shipment to the US, and I paid for shipping from US to Canada.. After the first one was damaged in shipping from the UK, they made 4 more and shipped them all to the US..all arrived safe and sound.. so after I bought mine, they have 3 more in the US.. Took a couple of hours today to install and get the locking strip in place.. the curvature of the body is not exact to the windscreen, wrong shape on lower corners , but it does go in and seems to seal up pretty well.... if anyone needs one badly and can't wait, you may be able to get it shipped back from the US.. could be costly for the shipping though..

Thanks, James Hi James, Sorry haven't been around for a while and I missed your post. Yes I have a couple of heated screens in stock in the UK if you're still looking? Dion

Re: Heated windscreens - possible new batch
Just for info my UK manufacturer can supply heated screens BUT not at the prices Dino's been able to source from China. If anyone's interested PM me and I'll firm up prices etc.
The Cox screen is with Andy for a trial fit in his body shell --no pressure there then Andy!
