shock absorber mounts
Hello does any one have a picture of the shocks on situ please or has anyone got a car with wheel removed to take a picture as if looking into the wheel arch so I can see how the shocks are fitted and spaced on the mounts, would be much appreciated thanks.

Are these what I need for the top. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLASSIC-MINI- ... 5418a59873Does the bottom mount need spacing too?

Re: shock absorber mounts
The spacer in the advert looks correct for the top mounting. My bottom mounting is spaced with a wider than normal washer, then the penny washer. Click on thumbnails to enlargeSteve Click on thumbnail

Re: shock absorber mounts
Cheers that is exactly the picture I was after. I have just ordered the bolts. The rebuild is getting under way now so more annoying questions to follow. This weekend I have managed to get the pedals tired, dash frame fitted, steering column in cylinders on bulkhead and discs and callipers on.
