Roger bywater, drew the origanal drawings in December 68.
The COX didn't have any drawings for manufacture as templates were used on the early chassis Gtm Engineering , then used the drawings that Roger did, and slightly altered them.
The name in the corner of the drawings changed to not carry Roger bywater once they had modified them.
They (Gtm Engineering) then supplied them in kit they sold.

I have met Roger and he's a throughly nice chap, and had plenty to tell about how the updates from Cox production to Heerey's ownership of the project.

I'd have thought that a sidecar racer wouldn't have been an ideal partner!
