Metro servo won't fit under the front clam. You could look at a remote one tho.
Rear disc conversion depends on what rear susp you have. Will be either reverse a-arm, or a locked steering setup.
There are many options for brake conversions - you need to give us more info on what you are trying to acheive.

Ignore the servo advice.

I've converted the rear of my Coupe to MGF calipers after the suggestion came from someone here (one of the Tims I think) and with the early Mini single circuit master cylinder and Metro 4-pots on the front the balance is superb with no bias/balance valve involved (which amazed me to be honest with such a mish-mash of parts).

In normal use the brakes are better than my 52 plate Volvo. Press the pedal hard and you can lock the front wheels. Press the pedal really hard and you can lock all four. The handbrake will hold it on a hill better than the Volvo's will too.

You'll need Metro drive flanges for all four wheels.

At the front you'll need...
Metro Turbo vented front discs and matching calipers plus the special Bolts that Rover made for the Mini Era to bolt the calipers to the hubs. You'll also need the conversion brake hose kit from someone like Goodridge. Nothing unusual here and it all simply bolts together as a big kit.

At the rear you'll need...
Mini 8.4" solid discs. MGF rear calipers complete with their carriers, the bolts to hold them to the hub and the bracket that bolts to the caliper to carry the handbrake cable and you want the caliper end of the MGF handbrake cable (both inner and outer although the inner is not so urgent as you can probably do it with the Minor cable end). You retain the early Mini handbrake handle which is probably fitted to your car anyway and you shorten the Morris Minor handbrake cables that again are probably already fited to your car the most complicated bit by far is putting the MGF cable end on the Minor cable outer. You then need to make up a brake hose for each side with the Mini bulkhead tpe fitting that goes through the subframe and the M10 banjo fitting on the MGF caliper. I think my total cost for all this lot was around the £60 mark.

A mate with a Rossa is sold on it so I'll be doing another one shortly and will try to take lots of piccies for a how-to.

There is that - mine has Mini front disc hubs with locked steering and Dave's will shortly. If you've got the A-arm setup things might get a little more complicated.

Yes it is the locked steering version

Also another option in brakes is something like I have done with twin cylinders, improved ratio pedal and larger discs/calipers if your looking for the ultimate.

Yep - you've got the locked steering setup. I forgot to add that you'll need a pair of front uprights from a disc braked Mini if you've currenly got drums at the rear. Mine came with discs all around so I already had a set of front hubs at the rear. The rear brakes were standard Mini twin pot calipers for the hydraulic brake and some horrible nasty cable operated things to give you a handbrake (I'm told there might have been some 2CV in their heritage). This setup was very prone to locking the rears under braking and the handbrake simply wasnt worth using (no idea how it ever got through an MOT but then I have suspicions about the MOT it had gone through a few days before I bought it).

To go to twin master cylinders you will need to modify the pedal box to mount them and tweak the pedal itself for lever lengths either side of the pivot. It's the next logical step on mine but lots of effort to go to when I find the brakes so well set up as they are. Maybe if I decide to go mad at some point with a complete re-build but for the moment it's un-necessary.

Those are the calipers and carriers - from what I can see it would have been nice if you could get the last few inches of the handbrake cable outer as well (Basically the ferule that goes into the arms that are attached to the calipers) but that's pretty much it.
