Rear bulkhead to axle centreline dimmension?
Hi all,
Could anyone let me know the dimension from the coupe rear bulkhead to the rear axle centreline??
Z cars have asking of anyone in the club can give this dimmension as they would like to access if the hyabusa engine / trailing arm suspension kit they are developing will fit. Have a look at the z cars thread in General Discussion for some pics and details of the kit and some pictures of them fitting it in a Rossa.
Cheers, jamie

Search!!!! Quote: .....Mesured My Driveshaft to Bulkhead [flat sheet section behind drivers seat] out of interest at the weekend.
15.75 inches approx... This measurement is from the bulkhead itself, on most coupes there is also a 1 inch space frame attached to this so in some areas its 14.75 inches Neil

Seems they have not thought this out.
They have Mini front subframes so they can easily measure.
Also there will be variations depending on ride height and other set up settings admittedly the changes to the above will be small.
Will be interesting to see what they come up with.

The subframes aren't a problem, its the hyabusa engine within it. Hence the need for a measurement.
I'll let you know what they come back with.

This is the easiest way http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/inde ... tid=587196423.86mm from front of subframe to Wheel C/L then just add 25.4mm for spaceframe total: 449.26
