Post Rossa2 Clutch
Hi,
my 1275 based Rossa 2 has been standing for some time. I've started to bring it back to life, rebuilding the rear suspension and brakes. Last time I moved it, the clutch pedal was sticking.

I've tried WD40 on the arm, although access looks impossible.

Any ideas/dodges. Or should I drop the subframe. What's involved in dropping the subframe. Is this normal practice when messing with the clutch?

The way I did it when I had exactly the same problem was: First start the engine and let it warm up, then stop the engine, put it into first gear with the clutch pedal depressed and then start the engine. Hopefully the engine will fire. Don't forget to let off the handbrake before restarting! You will need room to be able to just drive it away as the engine starts, a slight downhill is helpful. Keep your foot on the clutch pedal and then accelerate/decelerate until the clutch frees itself.
It took about 50 yards of accelerate/decelerate for mine to free.
