Hi guys, I've come to the conclusion that the only way to repair the rust inside my sills is to cut off the outer sill and get it blasted.
(one of the previous owners cut holes in the inner sill which have filled with water and are full of crud and surface rust)

Does anyone have any drawings or measurements for the outer sills so i can get some replacements made up? I know I could measure them, just trying to make life easier for myself

Best you contact Steve Shield, I don't know how far he got with making parts but he may have made sills, I don't think he would like to give out drawings though.
Any fabricator with a folding press would be able to do the 2x90 degree bends and roll the curve for you without too much problem?

Yes your right John, I've dropped him an email and i'll see if he gets back to me, i'm just being lazy. Whilst we are on the subject are the sills 1.2mm or 1.6mm
