Can anyone help please? My K3 had a new timing belt fitted when the car was built in 1998 - I have the receipt. Since then, the car has only covered 5000 miles. However, should the belt be replaced, due to age?

T'would be a good idea. Timing belts have an age life as well mileage, not sure what it is though. If you can do it yourself it's a minimal investment compared with bent valves etc
